• National shipping via Shalom: We ship throughout Peru so you can pick up your order at the Shalom agency of your choice.
• Shipping to all of Metropolitan Lima with a motorcycle delivery service: If you are in Metropolitan Lima, we will deliver it directly to your doorstep.
Delivery times: Motorcycle deliveries arrive within 2-3 business days, while Shalom shipments take between 4 and 6 business days.
Returns
• Satisfaction guarantee: We want you to love your garment. If for some reason you are not satisfied, you can request an exchange or return, but you will be responsible for the shipping cost.
• Exchange period: You have up to 2 days after receiving your purchase to contact us and manage the process.
• Condition of the garment: For an exchange to be valid, the product must be unused, with its original tags, and in the same condition in which you received it. After our team evaluates the garment, we will confirm if the shipment or return is possible.

Can I pay with Yape?
Yes, you can pay with Yape on the website. Just send us the payment receipt via WhatsApp and that's it!
What about shipping?
We have 2 options:
1. Motorcycle Delivery: This is only for any district of Metropolitan Lima and costs 12 soles :) (Delivery to your home)
2. Shalom Shipping: This is available throughout Peru <3 both in Metropolitan Lima and all provinces of Peru. Shipping costs 12 soles :)
- Free shipping for purchases over 150 soles: We'll cover the shipping! It will be sent by Olva or Shalom.
If I pay today, when will I receive my purchase?
I always try to send orders within 24 hours of confirmation.
By Motorcycle Delivery, you will receive your order within a maximum of 2 business days.
By Shalom, you will receive your order within 4 to 6 business days from the shipping date.
Do you have a physical store?
At the moment, we don't have a physical store :( all orders are placed through the website or WhatsApp!
Do you ship to the provinces?
Yes, we ship to the provinces via Olva and Shalom
Do you do size exchanges?
Yes, we do size exchanges if you are not happy with your garment. But please note that you are responsible for shipping costs <3
